About us

Ramakrishna Mission, Villupuram is a branch centre of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission an international Spiritual, non-political, non-sectarian service organization founded by Swami Vivekananda in 1897. With headquarters at Belur Math, Howrah, West Bengal, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission have 163 branch centres in India and 54 centres across the world. These twin organizations have been engaged in various forms of humanitarian, educational, medical and other social service activities, without any distinction of caste, religion or race, seeing the living God in All. Ramakrishna Mission, Villupuram situated on a 30 cent land, was inaugurated on 1st May 2019; and manages three schools gifted by Sri Ramakrishna Educational Society, Villupuram on 2nd June, 2019.
